What Is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabindiol and is a Phytocannabinoid derived from Cannabis. There are different types of Cannabinoids, which are Endocannabinoids and Phytocannabinoids. These are produced from the resin that cannabis creates during it's final flowering stage. This resin has been used for thousands of years, even in America just over a hundred years ago – this resin is call Hash, but on that later, first the science.
Endogenous or Endocannabinoids are produced by all mammal's bodies. Phytocannabinoids are produced only by Cannabis. Synthetic cannabinoids are a recent invention by man, and are deadly and can cause horrible psychotic and physical problems – many people have died from Synthetic Cannabinoids.
No one has ever died from consuming Phytocannabinoids, which are grown strictly from Cannabis. These phytocannabinoids actually are integral to the Cannabinoid Systems of our bodies, these systems contain Cannabinoid Receptors which only interact with Cannabinoids.
Cannabinoid receptors are apart of all of our organs, from our primary organs such as our heart and brain, to our peripheral organs such as our skin. These receptors are aiding the regulation of all of our body's systems. But our body's endogenous cannabinoids are not enough to maintain the correct balance that our systems need, which is where phytocannabinoids–derived strictly from cannabis–come into play.
What Does CBD Do?
CBD and all of the 120 plus phytocannabinoids that have been discovered all have incredible medical benefits – from anti-anxiety, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-glaucoma, anti-emetic, and appetite stimulation. These are just a few of the main benefits that cannabis resin/phytocannabinoids provide which are stated by many different academia and scientific journal studies, but there are even more benefits that have been proven through peer-reviewed scientific journal studies.
Click the link below to view many different peer-reviewed scientific journal studies, or search for yourself, the keyword is "Cannabinoid" there is an entire world out there; Cannabis is the Only plant that produces Cannabinoids Naturally besides mammals bodies. We will post more and give overviews of these studies over the coming months, so the real science can be displayed, because it is quite incredible. And we are only talking about the medicinal value Cannabis has, there is an entire universe of potential when we process the pulp, fiber, and seed for industrial applications.
